Reversible Church Pew Cushions are our most popular type of pew cushions because of the ability to rotate and flip them over, which adds years of use to your investment. High density foam for great comfort, “institutional” grade fabrics for long wear-ability and welt cord edges to prevent frayed edges. All cushions are “custom made” to fit your pews for secure tight fit. They are also scotchguarded to prevent stains and meet the standard church fire code “California # 117”.

Reversible church pew cushions provide great comfort and elegance to your worship site. The reversible feature doubles the life span by simply flipping them over and rotating them around the church when some areas start to wear. Your congregants have their “favorite seat” which will wear quicker than others. Just flip the cushion or move the cushion from one pew to the other.
Our pew cushions come in many colors and fabric patterns. Our standard fabric is ” Sherpa Shire” institutional grade for extra long life. Specifically made for extra heavy use, our fabrics outlast most of the competition. Other fabrics are available including velvet, but may have additional fees.
What shaped cushions do you need?
Box Style ( rectangle shape )
 | Box Shaped cushions. These are our standard rectangle shaped cushions, with all squared corners. 2 inch thick, high density foam is used and then wrapped with your choice of standard ” Sherpa Shire ” fabrics. Other fabrics are available but may incur a set up fee. Cushions come standard with welt cord edges ( prevents seams from fraying ) and tufted buttons. Buttons can be removed upon request. |
Roll front style:
 | Roll Front Style Cushions. Some communities prefer the “roll front” cushions which have the front end slightly rounded so the the welt cord edge does not catch shorter congregants behind the knee. |
Curved cushions
 | Curved Cushions. Curved pew cushions are somewhat more difficult to cut to shape your pews but if you can supply paper templates for each pew or have someone provide engineer measurements, we can create cushions to fit any length |
Rounded ends.
 | Rounded end Cushions Many very old pews may have the ends curved. Our team can cut these rounded corners to fit perfectly to fit the pew. |
Angled ends.
 | Angled end cuts Our box style cushions can have one or both ends “angled” to fit the shape of your pew. These also would need detailed measurements for proper fit. |

Reversible Church Pew Cushions
Egan Church Restorations offer high quality, affordable reversible style pew cushions for any pew use. Churches, Temples, Courthouses and Meeting Halls. Our standard cushion is 2 inches thick, with high density foam. The cushion is wrapped with “institutional grade”, fabrics ( dozens and dozens of choices) and the edges are finished with welt cord edges to prevent premature wear.
All cushions meet the standard CA-117 fire code.

- Tufted buttons (shown in photo). Help hold the cushions keep their shape as they age.
- 2 1/2 or 3 inch thickness instead of 2 inches.
- Velour fabric (shown in above photo) instead of nylon/polyester.
Special shapes and cutouts.
Curved Cushions.
We have the ability to make curved cushions to fit curved pews but our shop will requite either individual templates ( every cushion ) or detailed measurements. We can send someone to take these measurements but will need to charge for travel expenses.
Cutouts around poles and columns.
These special cutouts are common but will also need templates for us to be certain of a proper fit.
Angled or rounded ends.
These special shapes are also very common but will also requite templates.
To obtain a quote for your church, we would need the following information;
Quantity of pews. Length of cushions for each.
Example: 10 cushions. 96 inch long x 15 inch wide. 12 cushions 102 inches x 15 inch etc.
