PEW CUSHIONS – REVERSIBLE STYLE:
Egan’ Church Restorations offer reversible pew cushions and pew pads at some of the lowest pricing in the USA. 2 inch thick, high density foam, wrapped with your choice of institutional grade fabrics . Our cushions all have welt cord edges to help prevent frayed seams and then offer the pew cushions with or without tufted buttons. We can also make the cushions 2.5 inches or even 3 inches thick upon request. Velour fabric is available at an additional cost.

Plywood Based Pew Cushions ( modular pew pads )
Plywood based pew cushions are ideal for when you wish to cover a damaged seat and damaged pew back. The pew pads for the seats are made with 3/8 inch thick plywood with a 1 1/2 inch thick, high density foam pad. The pad is then wrapped with your choice of institutional grade fabrics which is then tacked to the bottom of the plywood. The pads can simply sit on the pew sear or they can be attached with non skid foam or velcro so the cushions don’t slide.
The plywood based pew cushions ( modular cushions ) for the backs are of a similar construction but the pad is only 1 inch thick. To stay in place however, we recommend adding Velcro strips or glue the plywood to the pew back.
We offer dozens of fabric colors and patterns and will do custom upon request. Velour is also available.

Re-upholster pew cushions
Our team of pew upholstery experts can repair ripped and worn pew cushions that were factory installed. Pew pads just like home cushions on your couch, wear with use and will need recovering sooner or later.
Egan’s Church Restorations will send our upholstery team to your church, remove the old fabrics and foam. We will then install new high density foam and recover with your choice of new fabric.

Add fixed cushions to solid wood pews.
A new service we offer is to help churches with solid wood pews install fixed cushions to the pew seat or pew backs. Adding cushions to the seats and backs can add improved comfort without the cost of new pews. This is a great alternate to pew refinishing if the pews are structurally sound, but have scratches or gouges in the seat or back.
We use a simple tack strip on the rear edge of the seat, install 1 1/2 inch thick high density foam and cover with your choice of high quality fabrics. The fabric is then tacked to the bottom side of the pew seat. The same process is used for the pew back but the foam is only 1 inch thick.
